I've been doing illustration work for Beatdom since 2011, but Issue 13 is by far my favorite assignment from them. Revolving around the theme of drinking, editor Michael Hendrick had the idea of depicting Charles Bukowski on the front cover. I've been a huge fan of LA's favorite drunk since my teenage years, so getting a chance to draw him is a dream come true.
