Yes, finally! After numerous delays, we are finally premiering my new short film 'Help Wanted' at the 30th Berkeley Video and Film Festival.
In addition to 'Help Wanted', they will be screening three of my previous other shorts: "Poster Boy (2006) "Bob" (2007) and "My Worst Nightmare" (2008),which is the first time in 30 years they've ever done a retrospective. I feel like I'm dead already.
The Berkeley Video and Film Festival happens on Sunday, September 26th, at 6:10pm at the Shattuck Cinemas, located at 2230 Shattuck Avenue in downtown Berkeley. Then, on Saturday, October 23rd, I'll be having a second screening at the Berkeley Community Media Horror Film Festival. I have almost no details about that event, so stay tuned while I wait for more info.
Thanks to everybody who worked so hard on this film, and everybody who's maintained an interest in seeing the final product. I think it came out pretty well!
