The Downtown Film Festival Los Angeles is a recent phenomenon, but seems poised to grow into something astounding and permanent. Taking over the arts district in Downtown Los Angeles, the Festival runs for roughly half the month. Like Tribecca, but with better weather.
This year, they are having a spotlight on music videos, and I was lucky enough to be included!
Life Without Skin will be screening this Friday, July 18th, alongside fellow filmmaker (and I'd say superior video director) Hoku Uchiyama's video for Have You Seen My Sister Evelyn by the Amanda Palmer/Jason Webley combo.
Special thanks to Michael Edwards for suggesting my video for inclusion, and I hope to see some of you there!
